Once I start I can't seem to stop

I started making some pillows again, and well.....I can't seem to stop.  It's kind of fun for me to have a project to do that doesn't involve laundry, cooking, cleaning, running kids around, etc.  These are the latest in my "collection."

The many faces of Fu.....

She's a complicated lady.

Contemplating life's mysteries.

Fu.....SUPERSTAR!

Who wouldn't want a kiss from this face?

Cheese!.....or, not.

Pears?

Not so much....

Mr. D', momma, and Princess L had a date....

Waiting for D' to serve us "lunch"

Squirt gun fight anyone?

This girl is always willing to smile for mommy

Fishing in the "river"
Since A' is now in school, D' and I decided to take the opportunity to spend the afternoon at a local Children's Museum.  It's been a while since we've spent time alone together.  We had a very fun afternoon playing in the water pools, building things, climbing into the tug boat, racing around and discovering all kinds of neat things.

A's first day of school...

Miss A' began school this week, and so far she has done very well.  She seems to enjoy her teachers and therapists.  She is one of 9 kiddos in the class (only two girls), and there are quite a few helpers/teachers.  On some days the ratio is 2 students to 1 teacher.....which is GREAT for her....girl LOVES attention and to be in your personal space! :)

Need a cheap car???

I wouldn't normally use my blog to sell things, but my niece is selling her Explorer really cheap!!!  She moved to Hawaii and figured it wasn't worth shipping.  If you know me outside of bloggy world feel free to contact me, and I'll give you her number.  It is in fair condition (some body damage), but would make a good teenager car, or hunting rig....yes, I said "rig", Amanda.  $1200.00 obo.

Baby L' is 5 months (and a few days) :)

Happy 5 month birthday to our darling little princess L (9.7.10).  It's hard to believe that much time has passed since she joined our family.  She is now able to sit up on her own (although we are always close by just in case she decides to tip over), still sleeping thru the night, and eating..... well, pretty much constantly....girl has a great appetite (see above photos for confirmation. :)  She can hold things in her hands and passes toys from hand to hand.  She loves to giggle at her siblings and has the most expressive little eyebrows.  Her brothers and sister lovingly refer to her as baby chubs, or princess butterball.  Today, I caught her and A' giggling back and forth to each other.....and, it melted this momma's heart.  We love you sweet little L! :)

Catchin up....first day of preschool

D' making his way to the building.

I love the expression on D's face in this picture.

Guess who I found in the hallway?
Um....apparently something was a little scary to J'.

Making friends.

A' getting in on the action.
Last week, D' enjoyed his first day of preschool.  I'm very thankful that he and his big brother and sister are at the same school.  His big brother's classroom also happens to be next door, which was SO exciting for D!  It was really sweet to see J' and M' both come in completely on their own and visit their little brother on his special day.
