Yesterday was a LONG day! Darling D. had his last (prayerfully!) surgery. He has been doing so well since. He is definitely not back to his normal self, but improving with every hour. His pain seems to be under control, and for that we are thankful. He is more annoyed with his inability to move than anything else. His face is really "poofy" still, but he's being a pretty good sport about everything. He's quite demanding, and it is so funny to see how quickly he has figured out that Mommy will basically do whatever he wants to make him happy. Earlier today, he requested to be hand fed his goldfish because he said his hand hurt. Here he is lapping up some well deserved attention........

A HUGE thank you to Auntie C. for bringing over a delicious dinner tonight. It is very much appreciated! And, thank you to both Auntie C. and Uncle J. and Papa D' and Grandma O' for helping out with Miss M. and Mr. J. yesterday and today. We couldn't do it without you guys!

So glad his surgery went well. We are praying with there will be no more and that his healing continues well. Little sweetie.
So glad all went well! I sat by Teresa the other night at the YC dinner and they said he had surgery and was why you weren't there. We missed visiting with you guys, but glad "Darling D's" surgery went well. :)
